Pros

Absolutely nothing was a "pros" with this company.

Cons

Everything from training, to system lagging, to blue screening our personal computers, to managers, QA, Supervisor, to Operations Managers. Oh, can't forget HR shares your personal email messages with others. Nothing is personal here, and Supervisors shared your personal numbers with co-workers to harass you while in the hospital or HR harassing you after surgery.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
