Pros
The best thing about working at Roxbury was the patients. To see that you actually have an impact on someone's life makes the job well worth it.
Cons
The pay for all that MHTs do isn't nearly enough, understaffed a lot, and newer employees this year had less training than previous employees making the newer people incompetent.
