Pros

Lots of opportunities to start your own group therapy sessions, run group therapy, have one on one therapy, write notes, conduct intake assessments

Cons

Isn't paid while being expected to work beyond internship hours per weeks, management can be chaotic, can be drama field within the staff and clients (but the staff was more concerned)
