Pros

I had 2 good coworkers

Cons

Everything. Pay sucks. Staffing ratio is completely illegal. 2-3 counselors with a caseload of about 20 patients each (should be 8). Yet, still required to see all patients, run group and complete all paperwork on time with no pay differential to make up for the extra work you have to do. Turnover is outrageous.
