management uses power inappropriately the building is very run down and has mold no real training or opportunities to advance no consistency in staffing so you end up covering shifts for things that are not your job constantly. there is no consistent cooling during the summer. it's either freezing or blazing hot, no in between. no consistency in expectations there's no guidance on how to do anything, you just have to figure it out and hope for the best.
