The people are very good at what they do, and enjoyable to work with. There is a lot of opportunity to advance for those innately curious &'willing to take on new challenges.
Cons
Higher paying positions often require 25% or more travel. Compensation typically low to mid market - it can be very difficult when promoted to negotiate a "mid-point" market competitive salary as the standard HR approach is to only give someone a pre-defined % increase.
