Great hours and supportive management, but no relocation help

Pros

Great hours, I have an awesome OS and OM. I was salary exempt so if I worked over 40 hours I was paid hourly after that. I was also paid weekly which was extremely nice.

Cons

No relocation assistance for in-state promotions.

Pros

The only pro I can say is maybe it’s different in other business units.

Cons

BE PREPARED TO BE underpaid by about 20-30% of the market rate then be told “you’re lucky you have a job”. Management from the top down encouraged no work life balance, toxic shop environments, hr refuses to hold employees accountable for committing crimes due to union protection, and they will hang you out to dry if you think differently than your FOM.

Build great relationships with customers and coworkers

Cons

Good learning experience but FOM and higher ups act like they care but they truly don’t… your just another temporary employee they can get rid of 2 years in to 20 years in.
