Our hiring team is working hard to recruit qualified staff to alleviate the shortage, offering sign-on bonuses to attract staff and generous referral bonuses to SERV employees who refer candidates for open, full-time positions and complete six months of service with our organization. Pros

Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

Cons

Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
