I'm sorry that your job at Solute was not what you were expecting. Last year alone, management invested tens of thousands of dollars in training and education for our employees. We take investing in our employees very seriously, and we care very much about them. Management encourages employees to share their opinions (even unpopular ones) and takes advice very seriously, often taking action the same day.
