You have the advantage of balancing your work life and personal life. Open door policy Continuously helping to improve and grow in life. Bonus and perks offered are incomparable. Best in the industry. 'All paid' international vacation for all the 'top performers' is a star highlight.

Cons

I don't like the company offering "work from home" and a 'hybrid working' model.
