Management treats you like children, plays favorites , naver able to answer questions whne you have them, never there when you your done with your day. Always changing things. I dont think they know what there doing anymore. Old magement was tuff but was on top of his game. Bring him back...

Cons

Micromanage, no follow through, lack of communication, lack of training except to watch 1-2 weeks worth of videos that have a test afterwards. There is your training, get our there and play with hazardous materials.
