Honest Feedback - Anonymous Employee- Former Employee Saks Global Employee Review

During my entire time the company lacked structure. Leadership just throws random decisions at a dart board implement it immediately just to completely shift shortly after. I felt like upper management wasn’t qualified. I see the CEO was pushed out which could be a could turning point for the company. For the recent layoffs after they filed bankruptcy they got rid of severance and didn’t communicate it. If you just need a job by all means it’s not the worst place ever. But make it your last option.
