Pros

Summer Fridays, a week off during summer and winter, good employee discount, hybrid office hours.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant, so is blatant favoritism. Upper management is remarkably manipulative and impetuous in decision making. There is little to no transparency; career growth is virtually non-existent unless, of course, you fall in the aforementioned circles of nepotism and favoritism. Payscale is well below market rate. FYI: Saks pretty much has no money, and they don't pay vendors for months; the company is up to eyeballs in debt. Acquisition isn't going to change anything, as the V-suite levels and above are still chock full with toxic personalities.
