Pros
Benefits are fine. Jobs with pensions are rare these days, so it's nice to have a job have this. Coworkers are kind, everyone are understanding and in the same situation.
Cons
High caseloads. What is supposed to be in the 60s are closer to 100. Anybody thinking of working here needs to be extremely organized and be able to work independently. There's not a lot of opportunity for growth career wise.
