A lot of the people who work for the company are amazing. It’s just sad that they are not treasured— work goes unnoticed & are constantly taken advantage of.

What a nightmare working for this company was. When I was hired on they painted such a different picture of what this company was like & it’s sad to have seen the truth. Here are my experiences during my time there: After a grueling holiday season involving hiring & training multiple new employees (while all were relatively new ourselves,) working overtime, finishing huge orders on time everyday… I saw them lay 10 people off and the rest of the team got 25 cent raises. Yes you read that right: 25 cents. Management has actual mental issues & anger problems: throwing things, almost knocking people over, throwing product, & cussing at people is all too common. And the higher ups know all about it! Not even a slap on the wrist. Pay is not a liveable wage— you either have to have multiple jobs or work overtime (if even granted that.) Weekly meetings involve being told to “keep your head down and work,” flaunting the millions of dollars the company is making while the employees struggle to make ends meet, being told “McDonald’s pays more than we do but you don’t want to work there,” being told about other warehouses that don’t have AC like it’s an incentive to stay, all of this followed by being asked & urged to start working overtime. Delusional? I think so. I also saw people move up with the company (which is very rare) but still have to leave because they couldn’t pay their bills.
