Poorly Run by Controlling CEO - Sales Executive Savant Learning Systems Employee Review

This was possibly the worst position I have ever had. I was hired for my extensive sales experience, but was not allowed any freedom to help them succeed. All decisions, even lunch decisions... are made by the CEO. He gives no authority or credit to any of the management or staff. At times, I saw him leering at me. This was creepy to say the least. If he had at least the slightest idea of how to run the business and make money, I could almost understand his controlling ways.
