Pay rate is decent, Some nice people.

-Payments were inconsistent, the leadership seems very inconsiderate, they want to micromanage. The initial offer was not fully met on regards to the hours available to work, they want to shorten hours and pay when they want and they expect you to excel with customers that dont communicate properly. French company, between the french they get along fine, but as a minority I felt not respected. My experience was not the best.
