The management was restructured in early 2018 which had an impact on the teams but with time showed a real result on efficiency and teamwork and the management team now taking care of employee’s feedback. Scality is very generous about benefits and perks like sports incentive and training support. The company just raised its latest round and is looking promising with great project and product launch.
