The experience builds resilience, wether you wanted it or not.

Cons

This place is stressful and mentally exhausting. Management only cares about their friends, so no matter how hard you work, it won't matter. Everyone walks on eggshells because they love to blame you for anything that goes wrong. Pay is a total mess, commissions get held, draw money disappears, and you never really know what you're making. Lies and shady practices are everywhere, and it feels like the whole system is set up to wear you down. Honestly, it's just draining survive here.
