Upper management treats their employees absolutely horrible. - Sale Consultant Schumacher Auto Group Employee Review

Pros

You can pick up basic sales skills if you stay long enough.

Cons

Really bad and toxic management...just like every dealership. Upper management plays favorites nonstop, and if a manager doesn't like you, you're basically done. It does not matter how hard you work, you can feel it right away when you are not in their circle. You are kept in the dark about almost everything. Numbers are hidden, details are vague, and you are just expected to keep selling. It starts to feel shady, like you are being set up to fail without even knowing it. The hours are straight up crazy and the pressure never lets up. You are grinding just to dig yourself out of debt, which sounds insane but that is how it works. There is no balance, no real support, just constant stress coming from every direction.

Pros

The facilities are huge, well kept, and organized.

Cons

• Employees are treated as replaceable and easily discarded. • Management appears focused only on money while ignoring employee concerns and morale. • Employee motivation is completely gone due to the lack of respect and appreciation. • Decisions often feel questionable and driven only by financial gain.
