-The company seems to foster a collaborative atmosphere -potential growth opportunities within the company -very responsive and quick to update within interview process
Cons
-5 round interview process - last round with Tal (if Tal L. Is your last round) is the most detrimental. However, in my experience it seemed as though Tal was not happy with the first few rounds of interview I had not being with him. (According to him, he's usually the first interview, so I'm assuming he wasn't happy he didnt screen me first.) -they pump you for information in your interviews if your current/previous role aligns with their company. -they expect to call your previous managers for "10 minutes" -no legitimate job description shared at any point of the interview
