Pros

For the amount of time you work there, you make around $20 an hour more or less depending on how fast you flip tables and how busy it is.

Cons

manager's play favorites and don't give much room for advancement unless you're planning on becoming a career server. Party table workers make an easy $100 or more for not much work at all, compared to maybe $100 if you just have regular tables which requires much more attention to detail.

Pros

Regulars, steady business, good pay. Daily tip payout was great for a steady stream of income rather than weekly/bi-weekly paycheck. Hours were reasonable and kitchen almost always on top of things for consistent food. Private events were seamless and coordination between BOH and FOH was one of the best I’ve worked in.

Cons

Performance Based Scheduling made for an interesting dynamic between staff and managers. There were clear favorites and undesirables amongst management. EGSS (Guest Surveys) was held against us heavily and swayed much of managements attitudes towards staff.
