Pros

Managing Partner and Managing Chef Partners are excellent. Really care about the team members and will work with them in every way possible to help them be successful. Team members come from different backgrounds, genders, and age range; still able to work together for a common purpose of making money and making the guests who dine in happy and satisfied.

Cons

It is a seasonally-inspired restaurant and is affected by seasonal business.

Pros

Regulars, steady business, good pay. Daily tip payout was great for a steady stream of income rather than weekly/bi-weekly paycheck. Hours were reasonable and kitchen almost always on top of things for consistent food. Private events were seamless and coordination between BOH and FOH was one of the best I’ve worked in.

Cons

Performance Based Scheduling made for an interesting dynamic between staff and managers. There were clear favorites and undesirables amongst management. EGSS (Guest Surveys) was held against us heavily and swayed much of managements attitudes towards staff.
