Upper management only cares about themselves. They know they can replace you and they make you feel that every day. No matter how hard or good a worker you are, you are never rewarded. PTO is super hard to get and even if you have PTO, when I asked for time off they STILL declined. There was a lot of drama in my department and instead of fixing a problem, they sweep it under the rug.
No growth, every time someone would try to leave my department to work in another department, the manager wouldn't allow it or they wouldn't give a good recommendation
Yes you get free food from the cafeteria, but the food is always disgusting and undercooked (multiple people get food poisoning)
Terrible pay, only people really high up get all the money and the people at the bottom get scrapes.
High turnover rates because management is terrible and the customers at the casino are hard to work with
Hours are terrible, work-life balance non existent
