Company tries to paint a picture of caring about employees by naming their website gotoworkhappy (sad but true joke was you are only happy when you leave to go home each day), using the term team members when you really are just an employee (you aren't empowered or even supported, instead you are constantly struggling to provide an excellent experience for your guests in spite of your company), touting surveys showing it as the "#1 Employer of Choice" (misrepresentative review conducted by random organization only including a handful of US gaming companies while disregarding on-property surveys showing employee satisfaction and trust to be consistently poor), constantly parading Your Voice Matters changes (really only about minor or insignificant improvements, but if you disagree with anything and attempt to discuss or suggest constructive feedback, you are quickly reminded you can be replaced at any time by a number of people who would love to have your job) and billing the whole thing as world class (very quickly becomes apparent that everything is overpriced and world class is the exception and not the norm)

Liars, and cheats, creative ways to work you well over 14 days straight and through manipulation of time sheets make i seem you only worked five. The Surveillance department is the worse of them all, promises to change schedules to help you, and always saying 6 weeks.. This has been going on since February and they have yet to follow through. If you disagree with them in the slightest bit they threaten you with your job, and trap you so you can't go anywhere else but work for them. They blackmail you so you can't even go to HR unless you tell them that your going first and once that happens you have a target on your back. You can't complain about upper management to upper management since they are all drinking buddies and do everything together so your damned if you do or dont. My advice? DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, and if you do GET OUT FAST!
