Pros

-Easy work and Laidback Environment -Entry Level -Easy to travel too -Casino is tiny compared to larger casinos -Being a such a tiny casino everyone knows one another, so its like highschool. Love my team personally.

Cons

-Night shift hours. One shift from 3:45pm - 12am. Another from 5:30pm - 2am. -Cant speak for other Departments but advancing up the chain is hard in Player's Club. Only Entry-level positions open part-time/full-time. Changing Departments is easier and in your best interest to do so. -Upper Management under the Marketing Ladder is touch-and-go. Worrying about the wrong things related to our department.

Pros

The company has a genuinely good mission and the core team is passionate about what they do. I had the opportunity to grow beyond my original role — starting in Customer Care Operations and moving into Revenue and Quality support — which showed that the company recognized talent and was willing to invest in people. The work itself was meaningful and I learned a lot across different functions.

Cons

The experience shifted significantly when new leadership came in. The management style changed and it created an uncomfortable dynamic that affected team morale. I felt that some decisions were personal rather than performance-based, which was discouraging given the effort I had put in. The layoffs also raised questions about long-term stability and how people are valued when priorities change.
