Pros

Great products, exemplary employees, great location,

Cons

Company stock is declining, resulting in many rounds of layoffs. Employees are pressured to work extra hours or face layoff. Many are depressed, and everyone seems to be looking for another job. Employees forced to take mandatory time off, using either remaining vacation or leave without pay.

Pros

Work from home period was great but I know that’s not how they operate anymore. My organization structure in corporate marketing was insulated from a lot of the departmental drama and turnover.

Cons

A lot of departmental turnover made following and adopting processes hard Not very competitive for pay Hard to move up the job ladder, easier to leave.
