Pros
Supervisor was not in the same office as me along with all of upper management. Good location with ample parking near bldg.
Cons
Bad management. Employer expects employees to put in 11-12 hrs days and work weekends too . Pretty much I had to work 7days a week for months and end up having go to emergency since I was overworked and had no rest and had a hard time breathing. Supervisor didn't even care to ask how I was doing and asked if I was going to return to work the next day. Even had to work through lunch and that's considered lucky if I was able to even get food in my body.
