the director level is the worst I've worked with. toxic leadership and inappropriate behavior makes it a really awful place to be. also this place will work you to death.

Work from home period was great but I know that’s not how they operate anymore. My organization structure in corporate marketing was insulated from a lot of the departmental drama and turnover.

Cons

A lot of departmental turnover made following and adopting processes hard Not very competitive for pay Hard to move up the job ladder, easier to leave.
