Pros

A successful company with very interesting and innovative products.

Cons

Internal processes are dated. Leaders have no interest in making changes to drive efficiency in recruiting or hiring. HR team is hostile and short-sighted. A lot of in-fighting which is hurtful to the business.

Pros

Work from home period was great but I know that’s not how they operate anymore. My organization structure in corporate marketing was insulated from a lot of the departmental drama and turnover.

Cons

A lot of departmental turnover made following and adopting processes hard Not very competitive for pay Hard to move up the job ladder, easier to leave.
