Business Outlook
Pros
1. Good for freshers, hires interns from couple of colleges 2. Decent salary 3. Not much work so one gets much time back home 4. Business is growing so at least slides in all hands look good
Cons
1. Cant even provide basic facilities like parking and instead asks employees to park in nearby mall which mall authorities deny. 2. Mandatory 3 days which gets monitored from some SVP in USA (micromanagement) so employees are stuck in limbo how to go to office if it cant provide transport or parking yet ask to come to office regularly. 3. Filling timesheet is must. This is not expected from a product company. 4. High attrition in higher management as well.
