Pros

- Wonderful work culture - Emphasis on flexibility of the work schedule, while still focusing on being in the office - Enjoyable group to work with - Management that feels like they really care about the people - You can rise up the ranks - Benefits are solid, but the 401(k) specifically is AWESOME Overall, it's a really solid and stable place to work with a lot of upside to gain valuable experience.

Cons

- Some changes around reacting to the current work market feel like they are lagging behind (having to compete with fully remote flexibility and salaries); Though in almost every case the direct manager will be OK with an associate working from home in a given circumstance - It is an insurance company first, and a tech company second

Pros

Multiple office locations across the country Hybrid system for those that like to be in office

Cons

Poor communication Low pay compared to other industry positions Software is old and outdated Positions that are typically salary are hourly based Most "surveys" to gauge employee sentiment are constructed in such a way that no negative feedback can be left Hybrid or in office is required, no option for full remote If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period. Excessive workload Not very good benefits

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that workloads can fluctuate from time to time and encourage our associates to have conversations with their leadership teams for support. Our organization regularly reviews market rates to ensure our compensation rates are competitive. We also strive to offer work life balance along with growth opportunities. We believe our hybrid model is the right blend of at-home days to support flexibility, and in-office days to support team collaboration. Regarding your other comments, we take feedback like this seriously, and I encourage you to reach out to me or another supervisor to discuss your concerns further.
