Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Friendly work environment.

Cons

Very little training on work load management. Work load itself unrealistic for 1 person, is the established culture set by management which is not changing no matter what the turnover. Very little job satisfaction due to the impossible case load. Little room for advancement without a degree.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I agree our work environment is friendly and supports associates with a well-rounded benefit and compensation package. Regarding your comments on workload, I understand that workloads can vary at times. As part of our management team, you help monitor and distribute that changing workload. I encourage you to speak with your director or myself to discuss options. I disagree with your comment about needing a degree. Sentry U helps support career training, meaning most of our career paths can be supported through on-the-job development and internal training. Tim Kelly – AVP – Commercial Lines Claims

Pros

Multiple office locations across the country Hybrid system for those that like to be in office

Cons

Poor communication Low pay compared to other industry positions Software is old and outdated Positions that are typically salary are hourly based Most "surveys" to gauge employee sentiment are constructed in such a way that no negative feedback can be left Hybrid or in office is required, no option for full remote If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period. Excessive workload Not very good benefits

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that workloads can fluctuate from time to time and encourage our associates to have conversations with their leadership teams for support. Our organization regularly reviews market rates to ensure our compensation rates are competitive. We also strive to offer work life balance along with growth opportunities. We believe our hybrid model is the right blend of at-home days to support flexibility, and in-office days to support team collaboration. Regarding your other comments, we take feedback like this seriously, and I encourage you to reach out to me or another supervisor to discuss your concerns further.
