Pros

The leadership here truly cares about the personal, professional, and financial goals of their employees. We hire great people who are all pushing each other every day to be the best versions of themselves. I feel like my senior leadership is invested in me as a person, supporting me in my goals, and care deeply about the people who report to me as well. There is a ton of potential in the market, which is great when it comes to company growth and job stability. I also love the way that we don't over-hire for the sake of rapid growth and then risk laying a bunch of people off (means a lot in the economic environment we're in right now). My opinion is always heard and acknowledged and my hard work does not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

Cons

It feels as if there is a lack of focus right now on what is the highest priority for the company as a whole in terms of scaling and growth (lots of people running in different directions at times). This seems like a season based on acquisitions and ELT transitions - not a lasting trend though.

Pros

Great company, benefits and overall culture.

Cons

Company was acquired by Park Place Technologies and laid off most of our sales team.

Pros

Some really good people who were considered friends. Had a great culture and a very organic growth mindset. Now being Park Place, they will have a very strong hold on the third party market which should increase margins for sellers. The support offerings have grown too which will allow for increased "stickiness" within each customer.

Cons

Certain events transpired that left the company, which was once great, reminiscing about the good ol days. This also may have caused a bit of a clash between the two cultures, and daily expectations, quotas, metrics, etc., merging into one (merely speculation).
