Pros

-Pretty good pay for a non-profit -Great benefits and PTO -Opportunity to move up if you're willing to have no work-life balance

Cons

It seems to vary greatly between different offices/departments, but overall I would say if you're willing to give 110%, work late every night, and blindly follow all instructions with perfect obedience, you actually can get pretty far in this company. Give up your attempts to change corporate culture; that is a mountain that you will not move. I agree completely with the review that said "HR is laughable." I think this place is best for very young, energetic people (but not those who are opinionated or innovative) as well as those who have already been around for 30 years and intend to ride it out until retirement. Anybody in between is probably a poor fit.

Pros

Steady work Decent management Good benefits Funny conversations

Cons

Below market wages. Expect to get underpaid. Below market wages attract low quality employees. Easy to see who do all the work and who collects a check. Alot of drama. No yearly raises, no vacation time for first year, and a lack of benefits you see at bigger companies. Promotions are few and far between, management will lie to you about future growth to keep you on board. External hiring instead of building internal employees is an issue I seen here. Employee favoritism is also an issue I noticed. Some managers will treat you like a child. Communication issues, somewhat inefficient. I do not recommend this company if you are anything except out of high-school. A complete non starter for young professionals.
