Upper management issues

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Retirement, 403b, and health insurance

Cons

-Environment is the healthiest to be in (many staff members in upper management lack the understanding, flexibility, and patience to be working with folks of varying ability.) -No access to sunlight or windows more than 90% of the day. -Scheduling has not been flexible ( Many people have been denied PTO when staff has been available and requests were put in months in advance(even when it comes to dr visit leave) -Upper management has a "Do what I say not as I do" attitude -Pay and PTO for the labor workers is disproportionate to desk work jobs -Have to go on marine base to work(daily I'd check at both gates) -Lack of prepared planning in upper management(knowing construction would be done months in advance but failing to make even loose plans to accommodate staff and equipment til the last minute) -Management does pick favorites

Pros

Kind people to work with

Cons

Scheduling time outside of work is draining and they expect more notice for time off than they give you notice for your own schedule so it's not exactly fair in that sense. They require 2 weeks notice for time off or you get denied while you only receive your work schedule on a weekly basis every Thursday afternoon only posted in the kitchen so if you had Thursday off good luck knowing what you coming weeks schedule will be
