Below market wages. Expect to get underpaid. Below market wages attract low quality employees. Easy to see who do all the work and who collects a check. Alot of drama.
No yearly raises, no vacation time for first year, and a lack of benefits you see at bigger companies. Promotions are few and far between, management will lie to you about future growth to keep you on board. External hiring instead of building internal employees is an issue I seen here. Employee favoritism is also an issue I noticed.
Some managers will treat you like a child.
Communication issues, somewhat inefficient.
I do not recommend this company if you are anything except out of high-school. A complete non starter for young professionals.
