Pros
I personally value sales and marketing. Seeing this company get ahead of the game is encouraging. They treat their employees well (of course you'll see some complaints, but it's been great for me). The training department is VERY knowledgeable, the consulting team all have amazing experience and the other departments are well versed in their roles. The benefits aren't the best (health insurance is cheaper on individual policy than with the company unless you're very very very old with many medications), and the CEO's are VERY WELL educated with this business.
Cons
Not much negative going on there. It'd be nice to see them pay a little more, but they do compensate above the average. And Sumner Co is very inexpensive to live in for that type of salary/hourly pay.
