Thank you for your comments. Due to continued growth, SERVPRO’s IT Department has experienced quite a few changes and transformation. We feel key changes were made to IT Leadership, from the CIO through the hiring and promoting of several other employees to key leadership positions. These upgrades to IT leadership facilitated many positive changes to the IT Department over the past the past couple of years. We have expanded the IT Department by over 50 talented IT Professionals to keep up with the Company’s growth. We have delivered on some great projects that have improved the way we do business. We know with some of these projects we had many employees who stepped up and worked hard to produce and deliver projects on time. Yes, a few employees were unable to keep up with the Company’s growth and technological improvements. We recognized the high performers, solicited their feedback, and we improved some of our processes. As a result, we improved work processes, implemented a great work from home program and installed other benefits to improve our work environment and address our employees’ work-life balance needs. We now have a nice mix of new and long-term employees who enjoy the career opportunities that only a growth company can offer its high-performing employees. SERVPRO is offering tremendous opportunities to IT professionals who love a challenge and work on great technologies like Mobile, Web-based and Cloud technologies.
