Thank you for your comments. SERVPRO's IT Department continues to grow in step with our company and its objectives. Part of our responsibility is to evaluate the way we operate to ensure that the best and most efficient practices are being adopted and continually updated. We are sorry that you found our environment to be "hostile." Although we respect your opinion, "hostile" is a strong critique not previously heard in this context. We strive to create a productive and collaborative environment between teams and departments. Specifically, we work closely with our PMO to ensure that timelines and objectives are being met, and that we are providing clear direction for our developers. Priorities sometimes change and that can impact schedules and plans. We review and prioritize our projects on a recurring basis to avoid any politics or disagreements between project managers. With regards to our legacy systems, we will continue replace our systems and evolve our software to ensure that we are providing "best of class" software to our franchises. SERVPRO is an exciting place to be and we are offering tremendous opportunities to IT professionals who love a challenge and want work on great technologies like mobile, web and cloud technologies.
