At SERVPRO Corporate, located in Gallatin, TN, about two-thirds of the Company are comprised of salaried professionals and managers, and the other one third of our work force are mainly hourly administrative and production staff. Due to the success and growth of SERVPRO, all employees have opportunities for advancement, merit increases, etc., based on performance. The second generation family owners have worked together with other members of the Executive Team, Managers and Employees, to take SERVPRO from a $100 Million to an almost $2 Billion Franchise system during their tenure. SERVPRO is an incredible success story, almost unprecedented success as compared to their competition.

So, yes, SERVPRO runs a very successful budgeting process which has directly contributed the Company's success, maintained its debt-free status and offered above market merit increases to support its "pay for performance" compensation philosophy.
