Some teams run a bit too lean & could benefit from more head count

The changes in the executive management has brought in some good light back into the company. New and fresh ideas. The expectation of doing things the old way are being replaced with new innovated ideas and processes. There seems to be a lot of hope and expectation of the new management to really take a close look at everything and make it a great company to work for.

A couple more organizational changes need to be made if the company really wants to flourish. These needed changes are holding many people back and the company as a whole from growing. It seems everyone has their own story about this, but no one is in the right position to do anything about it. I hope the new management team recognizes the need for a couple more changes.
