Despite the toxic, hostile, loud, and unprofessional work environment I got to help clients look their best for important life events.

-Toxic, hostile, loud, unprofessional work environment -The COO and their favorite managers are Mean Girls style bullies--full stop -Constant pressure to compete and compare ourselves to other teammates and locations -Products used during services gave clients BAD skin reactions yet we were still encouraged to sell them -Unprofessional/unresponsive front desk teams at multiple locations

They do keep your books full.

Cons

8-9 guests per esti causes all the staff to be crabby. Count on nasty attitudes to rub off on you. Burnout due to how unprofessional and exhausting management was.
