SkinCure Oncology has been a great place to work. It is a growing company with leadership that has consistently demonstrated a care for its employees and truly attempts to do things the right way. Leadership through the challenging time of COVID made sure that we were all able to continue to work and continue to earn a wage even though it was a difficult period. The company provides lots of flexibility and is truly family oriented. The Company also frequently provides food and seeks to celebrate together.
Cons
As with most companies I have worked at, there are always a few generally unhappy people who are negative and unappreciative of the many blessings and positive things provided. Unfortunately, these individuals tend to have a negative influence on all. From my perspective, although no company is perfect, I really appreciate all that this company provides and must say it is the best I have ever worked at. The company has an open door policy and the CEO actually encourages us to share any concerns or suggestions we may have with him.
