High call volume and back-to-back interactions could be mentally draining. Strict metrics and performance monitoring. Repetitive nature of calls offered little variety or creative problem-solving. Dental coverage is good. They definitely take care of your smile. However it has to be within their clinics. If you need a speciality provider for let’s say extractions- good luck. You’ll be going outside and paying full out of pocket

Extremely disorganized, zero communication from upper management unless they need something from you, no guidance, policies are lacking to help you navigate through a system. Messy messy messy.
