Pros
There used to be a few
Cons
- The company views moving from a "everyone gets a 1% loyalty raise per year" to nearly no one getting any raises anymore (yes, 0%) as an improvement in compensation process - Everyone, no matter your level, *may* get a $5K bonus per year (sometimes it's $0). Don't even ask about equity, it's not offered to anyone - It's baffling how incredibly cheap the company is, especially given that the company's been cash flow positive and profitable since its inception. When I first started working here, I was assigned a used $300 Dell laptop that had a crack on the case - If you enjoy zero career progression, zero compensation progression, being babysitted by management (incredibly strict in-office policies), zero flexibility, expectations that you sit in the office for 9 hours even if you have early morning or late evening meetings with other regions, then this is the place for you
