Pros
Good pay Good benefits Great team
Cons
I’ve never worked for a company that micromanages as much as they do. There are security cameras throughout the administrative building and every time you think you’re the one who manages the property the Regional Manager flips the script. The employees I supervise are a great team but steadily pushed to the limits with the demands of the job. Commissions are very low and docked frequently due to minuscule “errors”. If you make a mistake know that you’ll be put on blast and everyone in upper management will be cc’d on the emails sent to you. I’ve heard upper management “joke”‘about being put on “the list”, but I think it was really a slip-up as to what REALLY happens. Items that a property NEEDS are denied due to budget yet you’ll be wrote up if something’s not done with said items. Not family oriented at all. Little to no flexibility. 40 hours PTO after 90 days and that includes sick days. Short staffed, short tempered upper management equals short tenures for what could have been loyal dedicated employees.
