Where to start...... first my regional manager was awful. She was hired after I was and I learned real quick how to do things and she didn't know how to do alot and she hated to have to ask me so in her little ways she would ask me but she would make sure that she took credit for everything. She was also rude, disrespectful, racist, and verbally abusive. I tried contacting Corporate about her and they told me to try to handle it myself. I tried and it only made things worse so then I tried talking to HR amd HR just went behind my back and told her exactly what I said, so that made it even worse. So I worked there another couple of months at this point running 2 properties with no help. Finally they fired me once they were done using me for my knowledge of the properties. I would never work for this company again. They do not care about their employees nor do they care about their reaidents, ( there is so much i could talk about on this as well) they only care about making money.

They are blind to the "un-touchables" that are ruining their company. Everyone knows and refers to the poisonous employee as the "un-touchables" and others have been warned to "let things go".
