Cons
Not enough training provided. Heavily micromanaged. Very disrespectful upper management/corporate employees. Invasion of privacy with the cameras and audio, makes for a very uncomfortable environment. The regional managers do not know how to use MRI, Nexus or any of the other marketing sites. They do not know how to do the reports they require weekly. They make promise after promise to better your property and it never happens, then they continue to raise the rent when you already have low occupancy. They literally set you up to fail. I knew SWR didn't have a good reputation when I started working for them, but I stayed loyal because they were the first PM company to take a chance on me, and get my foot in the door. Then, after they used me to clean up a horrible property, worked me to death, they fired me.
