Pros
RSI believes in its core values and tries to do them every day. We provide jobs to many people right out of college and give them a chance to learn and grow. We do very good work for very good customers.
Cons
We sometimes don't know how some decisions are made or how some things end up. Did we get a certain contract? How and why did that person end up on my project? .Why is HR involved in so many things? Who does what for which Customer isn't really their business is it? Do they have to approve everything other departments do? How do I grow here? There is a lot of difference between my manager and some other managers. I don't remember the last time my manager set my goals.
